English 10
This week we shall be continuing with the play Twelfth Night. Students will be performing the play (each time a student reads, marks are awarded for reading skills), writing in their journals for comprehension and critical and personal responses tot he literary genre. This week we shall be writing an in-class essay to determine progress in general writing skills
11-2/3 History
Monday, students are presenting battles of WWI. We shall continue with the end of the war, and then look at the Treaty of Versailles. .Three assignments were associated with this unit: Outline what led to WWI; present a major battle of the war to the class; impact of the Treaty of Versailles, and critique it in terms of fairness.
12-0 Canadian Geography
We are doing a practise quiz for the unit on government. The test will be on Tuesday. We shall be going on to discuss resources and related business of Canada.
